Architecture of VHT

Vrindavan Heritage Tower is an upcoming project in the historical land of Vrindavan, situated in the heart of Braj. This project will facilitate Vrindavan’s regional development by leveraging its cultural heritage. It will also act as a driver in creating a vibrant cultural economy and bring about inclusive development through greater community support and participation. By reinforcing the links between culture and development through tourism, this project will lead to the accelerated socio-economic development of the Braj region, ensuring equitable benefits to the local community.

Strengthening infrastructure is the key to growth in Indian Tourism. Our heritage infrastructure will attract the world’s thinkers, leaders, and other enquiring minds to engage in philosophical discussions and cultural exchange programs.

Inspiration

His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, the Founder-Acharya of ISKCON, has been regarded as the greatest ambassador of India's sublime spiritual culture and heritage. Srila Prabhupada travelled around the globe and presented the glorious Indian history and culture to the world. It was due to his pioneering efforts that the importance of Vrindavan was revealed to the entire world. Srila Prabhupada desired that the glories of Sri Krishna and the sacred land of Vrindavan be spread everywhere. He strived to see that people, irrespective of caste, creed, colour, nationality, or gender, are freed from the sufferings of material existence and find everlasting happiness through God’s consciousness.

In pursuance of Srila Prabhupada's vision, we are constructing Vrindavan Heritage Tower to place Krishna proudly on the world's mindscape and Vrindavan on the world map.

PRESERVING THE
Architectural Heritage of Braj

The architectural design of Vrindavan Heritage Tower is inspired by two ancient temples of Vrindavan, Sri Madan Mohan Ji Temple of Srila Sanatana Goswami and Sri Govind Ji Temple of Srila Rupa Goswami. Once completed, the Vrindavan Heritage Tower will stand as a testimony to the great architectural heritage of Braj.

Finalising the dream

The Vrindavan Heritage Tower is the upcoming tallest cultural-heritage monument in the world. It is situated in the historical land of Vrindavan, which is at the heart of Braj. With a height of 700 feet (210 meters) the tower is designed to accommodate 70 floors. The First phase (South Wing) of the project is expected to open by 2024 and the entire project is expected to be completed by 2028.

Vrindavan Heritage Tower will focus on promoting the teachings of India’s glorious traditions and culture, as taught by Srila Prabhupada. It will be a hub to various educational programmes. It will also aim to boost the socio-economic development for the Braj region.
