India has been celebrated for its rich spiritual culture and heritage since ancient times. In the modern era, due to the untiring efforts of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, our scriptures, traditions and practices are being imbibed by the West. Srila Prabhupada established more than a hundred Krishna temples across the world. He also introduced deity worship, the celebration of festivals, and cultural and social welfare programs to unite people in peace, friendship and prosperity.
In the year 1972, during a conversation with his disciples, Srila Prabhupada mentioned about building a skyscraper temple for Lord Krishna in His divine abode - Vrindavan. Today, due to Lord Krishna’s mercy, we are fulfilling the desire of our spiritual master through the Vrindavan Heritage Tower project. This magnificent tower will be a cultural heritage infrastructure drawing visitors from all over the world and contributing towards the development of the tourism sector in India.
Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi has also emphasised the importance of cultural infrastructure for the country. He has identified that our cultural heritage is the most powerful bond between Bharatavarsha and the people and is working towards reviving the bond. During the inauguration of Kartavya Path, he said, "Aspirational India can make rapid progress only by giving impetus to social infrastructure, transport infrastructure, digital infrastructure and cultural infrastructure as a whole."
Vrindavan Heritage Tower complex will not only house a temple for Lord Krishna but will also have various amenities for public welfare like a school, youth hostel, cultural education centre, library, museum, guest house convention hall, and a biodiversity park. We are also providing a unique opportunity for people to spend the rest of their lives in this sacred land through our housing projects.
We are confident that Vrindavan Heritage Tower will become a prominent cultural tourism destination in India and contribute significantly towards the development of Vrindavan and the surrounding regions. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all our patrons and well-wishers for their generous contributions. I request many more people to join us and support our endeavour to uphold the sublime culture and heritage of India through this iconic project.
